Valley to the Downtown streets of San Francisco. Its experiences in Federal and State agency contracts and regulatory compliance related to construction is also very broad and well versed. Its entrance in 2013 into the State of Hawaii’s construction arena has broadened its experience logistically employing local contractors on island. Trinity self performs some of the major construction trades when necessary with local hires who are experts in their fields.

Design-build

Design-build is a construction project delivery system where the design and construction aspects are contracted for a single entity known as the design-builder. This system is used to minimize the project risk for an owner and to reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project.

Building “GREEN” is an opportunity to use our resources efficiently while creating healthier buildings that improve human health, build a better environment, and provide cost savings. A green building, also known as a sustainable building, is a structure that is designed, built, renovated, operated, or reused in an ecological and resource-efficient manner.

Cal Weber

Stockton, California

Cal Weber 40 Apartments consists of 40 units, 28 apartments with two bedrooms and one bathroom, 12 more with three bedrooms and two baths. The modern apartment complex boasts solar-powered units, a computer lab and a private playground. The two existing commercial buildings known as the McKeegan building (88 years old) and the Cal Weber building (125 years old) were gutted, seismically upgraded and adaptively renovated. This “adaptive re-use” allowed for the smallest carbon footprint and therefore the “greenest” construction method all while preserving the city’s history with the partial conservation of the original structure.

Victory Gardens

French Camp, California

Victory Gardens includes 49 units of deeply affordable housing, in addition to amenities such as a community garden, a common area for socializing, and a computer room with high-speed internet there are 41 one-bedroom units and 7 two-bedroom units between 500 and 700 square feet in size. Located near San Joaquin General Hospital, public transportation, and with the regional Veterans Administration Community Based Outpatient Clinic currently under construction nearby, Victory Gardens aims to improve the quality of life for homeless veterans who have struggled with issues of mental health, substance abuse, and homelessness since leaving military service. Victory Gardens vastly improves access to housing and healthcare for our most vulnerable former service members by bringing these essential services together in one location.
