Oakhurst Apartments is an affordable multi-family rental housing project situated in the beautifully wooded foothills just a quick drive away from Yosemite. The project is nestled within the quiet town of Oakhurst and provides 100% affordable rental housing to low-income individuals and families. The various two-story buildings are uniquely situated at a variety of elevations and the exterior design blends in well with the surrounding nature. There is on-site parking, outside areas spacious enough for pets, and the downtown community is an easy walk down a tree-lined street. These 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments have newly-renovated interiors, enjoyable views, and balconies. DFA developed this 50-unit affordable housing project through the use of low-income housing tax credits, Section 515 Rural Rental Housing, and Section 521 USDA Rental Assistance financing programs.
