Garden Valley Homes is an affordable multi-family rental housing project that adds 70 units of much needed affordable housing in California’s central valley.

Developed by DFA, the project is located in the city of San Joaquin and is managed by DKD property management. Development and construction was financed through an allocation of low-income housing tax credits, Section 515 Rural Rental Housing, Section 521 USDA Rental Assistance, and Section 538 Guaranteed Rural Rental Housing. The project includes 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments with modern finishes in the interiors, residential and guest parking, a children’s playground, and an on-site laundry facility.
