The new development at 128 Nimitz is a 240-key lifestyle hotel, in the Chinatown neighborhood of Honolulu, HI. With 210 standard rooms, 30 suites, 180 parking spaces, 3,000 square feet of meeting space, and a rooftop bar and restaurant with outdoor seating, the project is well-situated to provide business and leisure travelers with an upscale option outside of Waikiki. Once completed the total project will be over 240k square feet. 

Ikenakea Development (“Ikenakea”) has identified a compelling investment opportunity in a hospitality development project in Honolulu, Hawaii. Ikenakea is under contract to purchase the land and has engaged Terra Massa Capital to assist in securing financing for development.

Chinatown is a centrally located and historically significant part of Honolulu. It is on the National Register of Historic Places, is a designated Special District within Honolulu’s Land Use Ordinance and falls within the Downtown Transient Oriented Development Plan approved in 2020. The property borders Nimitz Highway, ensuring unobstructed views of the water and is two blocks from South King Street which runs through the commercial center of Downtown Honolulu.
