Pupukahi Development, LLC is currently developing and constructing a 6 acre commercial center located in Nanakuli, HI on the island of Oahu known as Nanakuli Village Center of which some of the tenants include: Long’s/CVS, Fresenius, Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Starbucks, Super Cuts, L & L Barbeque and Pizza Hut.
Mahinakai Apartments is a 48 unit affordable family apartment development located on the Waianae Coast of West Oahu. Each unit will be made affordable with the use of state and federal tax credits obtained through an awarding of tax credit allocations from HHFDC. Its residents will be comprised of families earning 60% and below the Area Median Income. Mahinakai Apartments will be patterned after Hawaiian Community Development’s “Hale Makana Apartments” located in Nanakuli, HI on the island of Oahu.
